Upcoming CMS-1500 Electronic Submission Requirement

Legislation

Starting August 1, 2025, NYS Workers’ Compensation Board will require all health care providers to submit CMS-1500 forms electronically through an approved partner. Providers are encouraged to make the switch now for faster payments and fewer billing errors.
