APTA New York | 2026 Lobby Day

Lobby Day gives APTA New York Members the opportunity to gather together in Albany to visit state senators and assembly members in their offices, in order to explain the importance of legislation impacting the physical therapy profession. For first time Lobby Day individuals, there are many seasoned members who are happy to introduce you to the process. We will also be hosting a briefing session earlier in the week (evening time) prior to Lobby Day - final date & time TBD.

Transportation:

The majority of transportation to lobby day is ON YOUR OWN. Contact your Legislative Liaison to find out if car pools or bus transportation are available. Please note, car parking is in the V-LOT at the Empire State Plaza. Photo ID is required for all visitors who wish to park at the Empire State Plaza, including the driver and occupants in the car.
